Founder and CEO of ZOOM Insurance Brokers, Prashant has over 20+ years of entrepreneurial exposure across multiple industry domains and is having vast experience in the field of general insurance industry.

A Company Secretary and a Fellow member of Insurance Institute, Prashant is today driving the vision of establishing ZOOM as a premium Insurance Brokers company in the highly competitive and exciting Indian Insurance market-place. An astute professional, Prashant brings a unique blend of intellectual insight and intuition to build new businesses leveraging knowledge and human capital at ZOOM Insurance Brokers.

Subhankar Ghose, Chief People Officer

Subhankar is a People Management Professional with over 16 years of leadership experience spread across industries. He has been associated with companies like ICICI Prudential, Muthoot Pappachan Group and ABP News Network. He is leading the Human Resource Department responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations. He would be additionally taking care of Administration & Information Technology.

He is also a member of ZOOM’s Executive Management Team. He is a Post Graduate in Human Resources and a Bachelors in Electronics & Telecommunication. He is an alumni of IMT, NIT Silchar (formerly REC), Cotton College & Don Bosco School. He is a Life Time Member of Associations like AIMA, NHRDN, NIPM & ISABS (Associate Member).

Anand Bisht, AVP – Finance

Anand is AVP - Finance at ZOOM Insurance Brokers wherein he provides leadership driving strategic solutions for overall finance operations. He is a passionate leader, has got a wonderful sense of humour and is a multi-tasking professional.

Aditya Parmar, VP – Sales

Aditya has over 12+ years of rich experience in general insurance industry. He is a self motivated leader with good client relationships, from pre-sales, post sales and during delivery of project and post sales support. At ZOOM, Aditya is responsible for driving business by achieving overall sales vision of the company.

Rini Kaur, Vice President - Claims

Rini has over 8 years experience in client servicing in marine and motor line of business. She has vast exposure at claims & underwriting, process optimization & leveraging IT solutions. At Zoom she is responsible for overall client servicing & engagement through claims handling and Value Added Services (VAS) activities. She holds MBA in finance and is a diligent and passionate professional.

Sagar Sanyal - Head Technical

Sagar is an insurance professional with 28 years of experience of working with public sector as well as private insurers primarily as an underwriter with expertise in Property, casualty, marine and liability lines. He is a professional trainer as well who provides extensive training on Advanced insurance topics and risk management, within India as well as abroad. He has several publications to his credit and has also spoken in various public forums. He is a post graduate in Science, a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India and holds a management degree.
